Mechanic not doing work but been paid

I fell foul to 3 foreign men and oil into coolant.  Luckily I saw through that.  This led to...
Draining the contaminated expansion tank (as wasnt ran through), i was surprised to see clear liquid. Today (Monday) bought fresh neat concentrate coolant, 2 litres, mixed with 1 litre water.  Spoke to mechanic, claims to use Carplan Premium RED. NO RED LIQUID TO BE SEEN  Even after driving for 30 mins and 10 min idle, coolant still same colour.. NO REDNESS. Do I have some kind of case?

Also I have started a petition to help punish the criminals trying to damage cars to knock hundreds or thousands off innocent people

So the liquid is all clear but you dont think mechanic did the work?

Did you consider they may have flushed it couple times?

Not sure if it came across right. Mechanic "changed" coolant in January 2020. On Sunday I had to drain expansion tank and the liquid was clear. When approached they claim to use RED coolant. I topped up with blue/green, ran it through but still green/blue, NOT a mixture which surely red would mix with?  Not to mention NO red came out

The expansion tank isn't part of the normal circulation on some cars, so no great surprise there.

You've destroyed the evidence when you put your own anti-freeze in (the wrong one by the way) , you have no proof they didn't do it.

I did video pumping some out before adding. Which was clear. Plus it should have changed colour
