Ryanair advice/rights

Had one of our trip to Spain flights changed by Ryanair leading to an offer of refund, voucher or acceptance. The flights are not until the first week of September. My question is how long do we have to choose the option?
If Quarantine is still in place for Spain then the option to refund would be taken, however we would want to take this option as close to the flight day as possible In case Quarantine is lifted, versus not accepting may lead to losing our seats or does it?

If Ryanair are offering a refund snap their hand off and take it because they don’t not give them out willingly!
I have no idea how long their offer would be valid for but I would assume that if FCO advice changes so will your offer.

Agree with the above. You wont get your money back at a later date if you decide not to travel due to FCO advice or whatever.0

Thanks, but the question is about how long we can wait to accept? Ryanair have moved the flight by over 12 hours so standard option for refund applies, I can not find any detail on how long I have to accept.Mrsn said:If Ryanair are offering a refund snap their hand off and take it because they don’t not give them out willingly!

Thanks, if FCO change to no travel then for us that is fine as we can delay until clear to fly. Question is how long does the offer stand?bradders1983 said:Agree with the above. You wont get your money back at a later date if you decide not to travel due to FCO advice or whatever.0 -
No one apart from Ryanair knows the answer to this - I'd ask them.Gnasher77 said:

There's no point relying on 2nd hand information for something as critical as this, as if it's wrong you've lost your flights.0 -
I agree, if only I could get through to their support team, was hoping someone on here had already got the answersmattyprice4004 said:

There may be a technical reason why you can't reach support. Assuming you've tried the chatbot link (https://www.ryanair.com/gb/en/useful-info/contact-us), you will be placed in a queue. Before that point, you'll need to enter your personal details, a covering summary of the query etc. You need to check every box has been clicked as you'll think you're submitted to the queue, but you won't be - it's after you've entered your reason for contact for a second time. People have waited hours in the 'queue' and given up; I've waited no longer than 15 mins each connection (x2). Good luck.0

I fell for that first time as well.Fungas said:There may be a technical reason why you can't reach support. Entering the words cash refund to the bot directed me to the applicable form.
One question I have got - it said it would be about 6-8 weeks for my refund but I got no confirmation by e-mail of my refund request or the timescale.
Anecdotally I have heard you only get the e-mail just before the refund, is that correct. I only ask as I am approaching the 6 weeks since filling it out timeline wise.0
