Curry’s free tv??

Hi all, first time posting on here. On the weekend I purchased a tv from curry’s store. I took out the buy now pay in 6months offer with your plan. (I have used this service before). Completed all paper work and took the tv home. Went to sign into my Your plan account today and noticed the tv wasn’t on there. Phoned your plan and the lady said that she also couldn’t see it on there and asked if I’d done an e-sign, which I haven’t as I haven’t had an option to. She then said it looks like it hasn’t gone through due to the e-sign not being completed. She then spoke to her manager and told me I need to go into store to sort it out. When I asked her have I had a free tv, she said it’ll end up catching up with me. My question is, will it end up catching up with me and end up paying more due to interest or have I got a free tv? No. you haven't got a "free" TV and they will (eventually) catch up with you in, I guess, less than six months. If it is their error then I see no reason why you have to go to their shop to resolve it and that is what I would say to them.1

They have up to six years to go to court .Sort as you could end up with credit record trashed and debt recovery .0
