If they had a holiday booked that week originally and the holiday was postponed, surely they should have spoken to their employer about postponing their annual leave, if that's what they wanted to do.sweetsand said:

If 80% of your normal pay is lower than the equivalent for the minimum wage then you will be able to submit a complaint to HMRC about not being paid at least the minimum wage as by law you are entitled to that for any holiday pay.ultimatetodd75 said:Seems a lot of employers are confused about holidays over the covid period. They are a great organisation, you are correct but as they are an arbitration service and there is nothing for them to arbitrate on this occasion.......sweetsand said:
