If you were paid holiday pay for the week, then you are not out of pocket.  You may not have been able to enjoy the holiday but surely you don't expect your employer top give you another week off because of this?
    Why not?
What about if the OP had something planned for the furture. OP has every right to complain and even take to ACAS IMO
ACAS?  Booked a week off, had a week off, paid for a weeks holiday........... waste of a phone call IMO
@sweetsand rushes to press the report button because someone dares to disagree..............LOL

    Bit of a habit, that.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

If they had a holiday booked that week originally and the holiday was postponed, surely they should have spoken to their employer about postponing their annual leave, if that's what they wanted to do.

Seems a lot of employers are confused about holidays over the covid period. My employer seems to of totally ignored the fact there were 4 bank holidays during furlough. These are usually tsken as part of our 28days annual leave. We were paid the flat rate of 80% and no top up for the bank holidays. By reading the gov website we should of been paid full rate on those days or be able to take those days later in the year. My empliyer disagrees saying we had the time off.
If 80% of your normal pay is lower than the equivalent for the minimum wage then you will be able to submit a complaint to HMRC about not being paid at least the minimum wage as by law you are entitled to that for any holiday pay.

Some employers have worded furlough agreements in a way that imply by signing employees accept a 20% pay cut regardless of whether they are working or not, if that's happened to you and 80% your pay is above the minimum wage equivalent then there may not be much you can do.
