New build next to electricity substation

It would put off future purchasers. It would me. Plus if it was as easy as the developers said, they would have snapped off the electricity companies hands off to buy the land and not have this problem next door.

Out here in the country, people have their own. Ours is neatly  concealed behind the neighbour's house. Their 3  kids have all turned out weird, so that's major statistical evidence there's risk involved, though whether it's the transformer to blame, or simply a risk inherent in being conceived by them, is open to debate.
