Jet2 paid seats

Options
Hi we have paid for specific seats but Jet2 have changed flight times and not given us the seats we paid for and are seating us apart. What are our rights please?

    Ask for a refund for your seat booking, these are unusual times and airlines have to do what they can to ensure they maintain travel and eventally survive.

    Yes Jet2 are pretty good and normally you would just call and they would sort the seats - right now you will have difficulty getting hold of them - Try after about 4pm it gets quieter than and there number is free on most mobiles - But if you don't get hold of them go to the dispatch office at the airport (near check in just ask) - they may be able to move you to be together - if not they may be able to authorise a refund - id they cant sort the outbound ask if they can sort the inbound maybe
