cheapest way of calling a mobile in Croatia ?

Hi
Need any advice as i have to call a mobile in Croatia for a couple of weeks.  I had assumed the rates were fixed under EU guidelines but they seen expensive per minute.  it has to be via mobile rather than via the internet on Facetime, or Viber etc.  I have tried these cheap fixed websites  but not sure.  Any tips appreciated

I assume you mean calling a Croatian mobile number.

Is it because the quality of the call is important that you say it must be made via mobile? Mobile networks offering cheaper international calls are usually routing them via internet rather than directly through telephone networks.

You don't mention how many minutes you need in the couple of weeks. Croatia is one of the destinations included in international minutes on the monthly tariffs currently offered by Lebara, which can be cancelled any time. So you can have 100 mins on the £5 plan or unlimited on the £8 plan (first month only). That's only one example, if you look around various networks there are no doubt others.
