Looking to see exchange rates at Heathrow T2 and the only result was for ICE Heathrow which the description states "you cannot pre-book" and then immediately under it states "Warning - you must pre-book"
I guess the lower Warning text is standard text but in this scenario its contradictory information saying I simultaneously must and yet cannot pre-book
