Refund

I booked flights through Expedia toCyprus with Jet2, I added luggage and seats direct with Jet2. This flight has been cancelled by Jet2 5 times,and on the last one they offered me a refund after approx 4.5 hours of tel cals. Jet2 offered refund of cost of seat and luggage but, flight cost must be paid by Expedia. I have been in touch with Expedia and they say that Jet2 should refund. I feel that I am beeing past from one to the other and I am getting nowhere, is this a con trick? Can anyone tell me what I should do?
I will definately think twice about booking with Jet2 and definately never go through Expedia again

Jet2 have been one of the better companies to deal with, your mistake here was needlessly going through a third party. You have clearly learned your lesson. Jet2 were right, as you booked with Expedia your flight contract was with them.

Book direct next time.

Possibly some confusion in the message you heard.   Did you book the seats/baggage separately? That might be why those elements are being refunded in a different refund transaction.

Jet 2 will refund everything but the flight cost refund will go back to Expedia who in turn will refund you.  It just takes some time.
