Hi hopefully a straight forward question and answer 😊 I have several stocks and shares ISAs mainly OEIC and one Unit Trust from several different years. If I sell these I just wanted to check that there are no tax implications and I receive the full proceeds and they don't need to be declared on hmrc self assessment?

Correct, no UK tax due on income or gains made in an ISA. HMRC are not interested in what you sell them for or what you paid for them, so you shouldn't include them in a self assessment.
