Its just frustrating. We ask questions for a reason.

Fruitcake, the letter from Gladstones was asking for the money, next will probably be the one before court. I wrote a email to HE parking in Blackpool to ask could I appeal the ticket which was last July as they say under exceptional circumstances you can as I missed the deadline. They had sent the notice to driver to wrong address, also I had covid 19 and was very ill for a few months. They have not got back to me. That's twice I have asked for more details.

That's only one of the questions I asked .. what about the first question(s) which seek clarity on exactly what you meant?

With respect no it didn't ... that's why I asked you what exactly was the problem. So I'll ask it again with added emphasis ... Are you saying you can't find the owner, or can't even find the site (on the LR website)?

The former point (can't find the owner) is answered by @Fruitcake ... the latter point is not.
