Easylife Group

I have recently bought goods from this company which have been damaged in transit. I have emailed them five times and tried calling twice with no success. I have also filled in a Faulty Goods form on their website but got a message saying ‘Error for site owner: Invalid domain for site key’ so I couldn’t send it. Looking on the Trustpilot website I seem not to be the only one unable to get a response from this company. I am very unhappy with their apparent non after sales service and wonder if anyone else has had the same problem and if they have managed to get a response. Leaflets are still being delivered from  Easylife but I certainly wouldn’t recommend them any time soon.

Depending on how you paid and assuming it wasn't by a bank transfer, contact your bank, credit card company or Paypal and request a chargeback for damaged goods or in the case of paypal, a not as described dispute.
  • I had waited 7 weeks for an Easylife order, I cancelled it by email.
The next day Easylife email said They we’re having difficulty with accessing the funds from my bank account.  10 minutes later another email to say They have posted my order!
Delivery was expected by Hermes within 5 working days!   I sent them another email to stop this order.
I checked my bank account, £32.97 had been taken on 27 August.     I’ve phoned, held on for 20 minutes twice.  Then Hermes sent an email saying the goods had been delivered!  They was no note, and I checked with neighbours.   I sent Easylife another email, about not receiving the goods, I would have returned them if I had.
The final straw today, 3 September,  a so called health expert phoned from Easylife.  He was a salesman trying to get another order from me.   I started telling him my complaint, he hung up!!   What do I do now?

Send them a letter before action and take them to court.
