Cynergy Bank Online ISA

On last night's show Martin recommended the Cynergy ISA which I opened up and transferred my savings into from Saga.  I now cannot access the account at all and when checking the reviews - my fault I know, I should have not trusted without checking - I cannot get into my account and cannot contact them and I want to move my money back out.  I am terrified I have put all my savings into this account and I cannot now access them at all.  PLEASE HELP

Open a new ISA with whichever provider you wish to go with, and ask them to transfer your Cynergy one into it.

I did get through to Cynergy on a weekday quite easily - didn't have to wait long to be connected.  The employee was incredibly helpful and we sorted out installing the Authenticator on my phone.  One of the best customer service experiences I have had!  So I would just try to ring them.
