Aviation regulator the Civil Aviation Authority has today published a list of 18 airlines' performances during the coronavirus pandemic, with Ryanair and Virgin Atlantic both rapped for being too slow to pay refunds. The announcement comes after MoneySavingExpert warned yesterday they were likely to be named and shamed based on the results of our latest survey on travel refunds...

Name and shame of specific airlines etc. is one thing - action to make them remedy their failings is another.O'Leary at Ryanair (for example) is impervious to such criticism.0
