Hi everyone,
I was wondering if I can I open a LISA if I work and live abroad however I am back in the UK around 10-12 weeks per year? I also still contribute and pay national insurance, don't know if this helps or not.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you

You may find this of use:It does appear you would be slightly short of time in the UK to avoid qualifying for the third automatic overseas test, but your other circumstances could be relevant.0
