Javascript! LOL. If Three are not "processing Javascript correctly" this indiciates a far more serious concern than your Shawbrook problem as it indicates they are injecting into packets. In your Firefox, go to Options, Network Settings and Enable DNS over HTTPS. If that works, then I wouldn't trust Three for online banking in general.

I ended up phoning them again and withdrawing most of my savings (though I would have been doing that anyway as the interest rate period had just expired).Incidentally, I tried the Enable DNS over HTTPS setting and it made no difference. In Firefox status bar there are repeated transferring data messages from shawbrook.piwik.pro which seems to be their data platform, and eventually the timeout failure. Maybe Three are just not allowing the javascipt to be downloaded.Whatever the problem is, it doesn't look like there is sufficient urgency to get it fixed any time soon.0

Piwik (now called Matomo) is a web stat gathering tool that companies can use to gather basic anonymous information on their visitors - what browsers they use, what platforms (Windows, Linux, MacOS, Android or whatever) they use, what screen size they have, how they got to the site via referral/search engine/direct link, how busy the website is at certain times of the day and how they "behave" - ie what they click and how they get around the site, things like that.None of that is (directly) anything to do with Three. That's a Shawbrook issue with the way they've set that up on the website, but until you can try it on another non-mobile internet connection you won't know. As you're moving away it's arbituary now anyway.0
