Ryanair changed the day we fly... now have to cancel holiday

Options
Due to fly to Salzburg September 5th to 19th. Had email today saying our flight details have been changed and we now fly September 6th and return 20th! This is no good as our hotel is booked 5th to 19th,.we have a travelodge on 4th near airport, we've paid for airport parking (stanstead) and a hire car in salzburg! There are no other flights from any uk airport to Salzburg or even innsbruck on September 5th.
Ryanair said all they can do is refund us or move to another date.
Hotel can't cater for us for the 6th-20th, they are fully booked so have to leave on 19th.
We can cancel hotel but lose 50% which is £300. I think we can get full amount of car hire money back. Not sure about Stansted parking. Travelodge we psid saver rate so no refund.

What are our options? We can't afford to pay for a night anywhere on 19th plus why should we its not our fault!

You can decide whether you want to keep a holiday or not. (who knows what the situation will be in September regarding borders, quarantine etc - currently is looks like you need a negative test within 72 hours of travel or self-quarantine for 10 days on arrival)
As you have booked separate components you could weigh up the possible losses.
If you still wish to travel the "least loss" may be to accept a change to travel back on the 18th

As the change is over 14 days away, Ryanair are not on the hook for the additional costs or compensation - but they should refund the flight for you.

Everything else will need to be an insurance claim, as the other providers haven’t done anything wrong so don’t need to offer a refund.

Unfortunately this is one of the downfalls of a DIY package, as I found out too :)
