Thats so annoying for you, cant believe its 10 working days and still not done. We got ours sent off on Thursday and receipt was yesterday, so we can start counting from Monday the 24th. @Bfa10 did you give htb a call and see if the solicitor sent all the documents, reason is, i called about ours on Thursday to make sure the solicitor sent it properly and they forgot to send the mortgage offer, valuation report and the CML!"!!Bfa10 said:

Oh no! - So sorry to hear about that. We were able to track our application on the HTB portal since we created the account and submitted our request for ATP ourselves. When the solicitor submitted the documents on the 7th, we checked and saw all documents uploaded. By working day 8 our solicitor and the developer called to chase it up and were told it would be issued AFTER the SLA deadline, which would have been 21st Aug being 10th working day, but unfortunately it did not happen. We have checked this morning and all the documents that were being reviewed have disappeared and they have keyed in the mortgage offer and valuation report expiry date. So we are now hoping the actual ATE will be issued on Monday.Jazmin28 said:

Yep.Jazmin28 said:@watch3r so where are you now, are you completed ?
exchapnged on 14.
completed on 20.
moved over on 22...
still unpacking and sorting what , where etc but generally very happy and tired .Advice, don’t call your solicitor, call you developer as he can push it , solicitor believe me or not , can’t .0 -
@Bfa10 , when you see you dates keyed in that means that someone reviewed you application, from my understanding of it it’s being reviewed and checked by agent A and then Team Leader needs to approve it .
agree that timescales are ridiculous, heads up you can complete without ATC , as its just a confirmation for developer that the HTB will release the founds , it takes them around 10-16 days to do this.
