Which utility Supply Company is best For an empty/vacant property for zero contract length and no standing charge?
My property is going to become empty next month, so I need to swap over the electric, gas and water.
Any recommendations for a no zero-length contract that can be easily just paid and the new tenant can then use their own choice of supplier?

You can't swap residential water suppliers. at least not in England. Contract length is immaterial, as a new occupancy voids the contract without charge. No free lunch, and no free laptop
