Upgrades
I recently upgraded my wifes phone instead of upgrading her plan they decided to do my daughters instead (she will have a nice new phone and contract much to her delight) however the only way to correct this mistake is to take out another contract for my wife as we are now out of the uk and no way to return my daughters phone in the time allowed .is this a new scam by mobile companies to get more contracts? Any help or advice would be appreciated
