    I cancelled and went with Admiral.
    Achievements:
    9 Aug 2021: Achieved a perfect credit score on Experian (999/999 points - Excellent)
    Debt free date: 23 July 2021.

  • This company are absolute crooks.  I added a 2nd driver 2 weeks ago and they charged me £30 admin fee (for making a change to existing policy I took out 2 weeks ago). 
     I called them to cancel my policy today (spoke to Angela in Customer Services) and they charged me £50 cancellation fee, ANOTHER £30 admin fee and £20 for what the insurance would have been for this month that they missed out on.  Absolute daylight robbery! Please do not fall for them showing as one of the cheaper ones on comparison sites, they clearly rob customers in other ways to make up their initial cheap quote.

    was all of the above in the t and cs (cheap insurance is cheap for a reason) or are they really crooks?
