Refund not available for credit card

Booked holiday and it was non refundable is there anything that can be done to refund it to my credit card? The credit card company say that a section 75 can’t be done as the hotel won’t refund

If it's non-refundable, the credit card won't refund it.

As above - if you paid for the holiday and signed to say you understood it was non-refundable, then the credit card company will not be refunding you.  Check the details of your insurance policy - you *may* be able to claim from that, but you'll to check the wording carefully.
