It looks like the OP has continued to use the Switch for 11 months even after being billed at £30. I think they have a case for a refund of the first £30 when they could have reasonably believed it was a free offer, but to continue using it after being billed full price? No chance.

I thought that by actually processing the £0 order and sending out the Switch, the network has legally "accepted" the order and the advertised price.

The network could have cancelled the order, but by accepting it, they can't suddenly change the terms and ask you to pay a random amount of money to them.

I think there is a valid point here? It’s all been accepted at £0 and they have “sold” it at £0 upfront and £0/month for 11 months. All normally agreements took place. The only issue is they did charge £30/month for 11 months...

I will write to them and revert back. Just wondering if there is a consumer law or something I am able to quote.

Checked Ts&Cs and all just say “agree to pay the amount confirmed”.

I think the relevant law might be the Consumer Rights Act(?).
Besides, the Ts&Cs give you additional rights.  If you only agreed to pay the amount confirmed (i.e. £0) then, they can't wriggle out of that, can they?

I don’t think so either, thank you I’ll look into the Cons rights act. Will report back!
