    Also it is probably out of contract anyway if your ex husband hasnt contacted Sky at any point in the last 2 years.
    Technically he still has a contract with Sky but he's now outside the minimum service period.

    Are you the only adult living at the address in question? If so, do you claim the single adult occupancy for council tax? it's a bit of a long shot but you could put a letter to sky showing you're the only adult there & ask them to cancel the account as you have no method of contact for your ex?

    He could be very mischievous and phone up, upgrade the package, order lots of box office movies, sports etc and the OP would be paying for them. I think it’s sensible to break the link
