Threatened with solicitors!

When I read company reviews I take a look at a few of the 5 star - and a few of the 1 star - and it soon paints a picture of the company you're dealing with. The one star reviews for this company would make me run a mile. To echo what others have said - if your review is factual - don't worry about anything. In fact - why add your review to trust pilot as well?

Probably because she has left 2 reviews on trustpilot as well ( at least thats what it looks like)Grumpy_chap said:I seen the review. It seems fine.
How did the company know who to contact over an anonymous review?
OP I wouldnt worry about, although I wouldnt have left 2 negative reviews for the same company on one site0 -
They will always send a nasty message on a bad review. Assuming it's true, then from their perspective, at best the review is taken down, at worst nothing happens. They have nothing to lose by sending it. Although I suppose there's a risk of one of the people they threaten updating the review saying that now they're threatening over true facts.

"Truth" and "fair comment" are defences to libel!
I'd just ignore them.0 -
And even if it were libellous, I wonder what loss they think they've suffered specifically from the OP's review given all the other negative reviews which are also up. They don't appear to have much of a reputation to damage.steampowered said:"Truth" and "fair comment" are defences to libel!

Professional? How can a review be professional?pinkshoes said:They can threaten whatever they like.
If the review she left is factual and polite/professional then that is fine.0
