If you can't tax it, then it should be kept off public roads.0

My reading of your post indicates that the space isn't "on street" so it should be fine. If the space is "on street", then you can't use it as a SORN location.Sahir1234 said:Hey guys just wanted to know, I have private car park and my own private parking bay which I pay for, would this count as private property to park the car whilst this gets dealt with?

So long as it is not "a road which is repairable at public expense" (it doesn't sound like it is) then tax is not required.Sahir1234 said:It’s a private car park with a dead end only one entry and exit and should you wish to park there then you need to have a permit which I have.

"If you’re not yet registered as the vehicle’s keeper, you must make a SORN by post using a V890 form. Please fill in the appropriate part of the V5C and send it with the V890.Sahir1234 said:Also can I SORN the car by filling in V890?If you don’t have the V5C, fill in form V62 (there’s a fee) and send it with the V890."
