Due to travel to Spain in 27 days, whats the best course of action?

Obviously now fco advises no travel to Spain, I've only paid for my flights with ryanair.
I've cancelled my card so the remainder of the holiday can't be taken.
I have travel insurance which would cover me if I had to cancel due to fco advice BUT they want proof love holidays are refusing a refund. I cant get this.
FCO advise is for travel now - it could be different by 22nd August.
Cancelling your credit card does not affect your liability for any payment due. They will simply contact you and ask for another means to pay.
Travel insurance won't pay out as there is no FCO advice for your travel dates and Love Holidays will not refund unless and until they have to cancel. If you cancel, it is unlikely that Love Holidays will refund at all.0
