    Good for what?
We don't know what you're looking for in an area.

    Finding a good location

A good location is one where the prices go up more than average after you buy.  You only find out if they do in 5, 10 years time, no way of knowing now.

  • Apologies for confusing!!  :/ We are looking for rent first of all! A safe area and easy  for commuting to Coventry and Bury St Edmonds..

    Commuting how?
    By car? Or public transport?
    Are good schools a requirement?
    Town? Village? More rural?
    Leisure facilities?

Also, it’s Edmunds not Edmonds (I thought it was just a typo in your first post, but then you repeated it...)

2.22kWp Solar PV system installed Oct 2010, Fronius IG20 Inverter, south facing (-5 deg), 30 degree pitch, no shading
Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the end
    MFW #4 OPs: 2018 £866.89, 2019 £1322.33, 2020 £1337.07
    2021 £1250.00, 2022 £1500.00, 2023 £1500, 2024 £1350
    2025 target = £1200, YTD £9190

  • Commuting by car mainly but being able to have access to train station will be beneficial. Schools are not a requirement. We are mainly looking for a place about 1-1.20 away from Coventry and roughly the same from Bury St Edmonds. Either town or village we don’t mind as long as it is safe. Thanks everyone for the comments

They're 109 miles apart according to Google maps!

That's going to be a nightmare commute for both or one of you even if you find somewhere in the middle! Can one move jobs first?
2024 wins: *must start comping again!*
  • @hazyjo You are right, they are far apart but hopefully we'll get to work remotely some days of the week. At this stage it's our only solution, that's why we are seeking help. If anyone knows which trip from the two will be more difficult please let us know.
