Did you find anything? I was recently fined on the same spot. In my case, 2 out of 3 signs were covered by bushes, and I didn't see them. My problem is that I have found this forum too late. I already appealed and indirectly said I was the driver. Not sure what to do.

You were not fined and you do what all the zillions of other people do who blab about being the driver. Not sure what to do.Despite this one liner of clear advice?Coupon-mad said:

Anyway posting on someone else's thread from a whole year ago isn't how to get bespoke advice but you don't need it right now. Sit tight and if they try a small claim, start a new thread and we'll assist you (as long as you read the NEWBIES thread first).
Do read more threads and come back every week in August (please) to take part in the Government Consultation about the level of private parking charges and the proposed Appeals 'Charter' that should result in cancelled PCNs but at the moment, fails to do that and just incentivises PPCs to issue PCNs anyway, briefly offer twenty quid then rack it back up and pile on the pressure.
The Appeals Charter is absolutely not acceptable in its current format which is effectively:
'let us have £20 anyway even though the ticket was spurious, and if you don't pay up within xx days then we'll hike it back to full price, and add imaginary 'recovery costs' that we've never actually incurred, let alone paid... then we'll drag you to court months/years later, or get you a CCJ by default for a PCN the Government might think we've kind of cancelled.'
I believe the MHCLG will be asking about that, as well as the level of parking charges. I read it in an article somewhere over the weekend so I hope the Appeals Charter will be one of the questions for the public.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Also, I wrote to them yesterday saying that I would pay 60£ to avoid headaches. And they extended the "discounted rate" for 7 more days... if that is not a scam, I don't know what is...0 -
More than half of new posters have already blabbed about being the driver. This is nothing new or different.
You don’t need a new thread yet, please wait till you really need us as I’ve already told you to sit tight and there are NO steps to take if you’ve exhausted any possible landowner/retailer complaint.
But people who pay, are supporting the business model and funding the next few PCNs against more vulnerable people.Don’t sponsor or fund them for ‘an easy life’.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

NTC use a solicitors firm called BW Legal (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6082895/court-claim-received-britannia-bw-legal/p1).
The firm is based in Leeds, and are like a bull terrier, once they get hold they keep hld.
Currently fighting a parked on private land, but over the line claim.
No legislation I can find that lines are anything more than guidance. When vehicle parked just went into a space between two others, obviously they were over the lines too, which aren't even proper lines, just T's to suggest bays.

@NABITNOW, you have posted on a very old thread that Han't had a response for over three years.
If you want to discuss anything, why not start your own thread where you will get some advice. To assist your understanding, you should also thoroughly read the Newbies/FAQ thread before you do so.4
