Sorry to jump on your thread but i have just received a UKPC parking charge.
    What should i do
Jump on to a new thread of your own after reading the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, first post, which will start you on the process of dealing with your PCN.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Hi guys
Sorry to jump on your thread but i have just received a UKPC parking charge.
What should i do i was there picking up a school kid as im a cab driver and that is where she comes out of school i got there early as she is 14 and she came out late total time waiting 27 min i fear i will be getting another one soon as i picked her up twice on 2 separate weeks.
    Thanks
You should delete your post, read the sticky thread for NEWBIES, then send the initial appeal using the template in blue text you will find in said NEWBIES if you are the registered keeper, or send the hire/lease appeal template written by edna basher if the vehicle belongs to a company.
If you need further help, please start your own thread, not hijack someone else's. If/when you start your own thread, do not reveal the driver's identity. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people as far as the law is concerned. The Keeper has protections in law that The Driver does not.

    stressed_autism_mum, how are things going?

Did you send a late appeal as per Coupon-mad's suggestion?  And, very importantly, have you heard back from the shopping centre?

Stressed and hounded by Parking Eye, you may feel that it's all a bit hopeless.  But it isn't, not at all.  The landowner complaint is particularly promising at this point.  Seriously, you have excellent grounds for a landowner cancellation.

If there are any problems with your complaint ... if the manager doesn't respond, if he or she says that the shop doesn't own the car park, if they say they can't cancel, well that's how it goes at first sometimes.  But with such compelling mitigating factors you absolutely must persevere.  And come back here for support if it's not clear how to do that.
