the sofa was not available in the showroom so we only can see it from website and also talked to the shop assistance to understand more details. He showed us something similar but not exactly same.0

To be honest, you should have walked away, awaited feedback and then if you were happy to proceed, ordered online where you would have got a cooling-off period. It looks as if you're just going to have to hope that you're happy with it when it arrives because unless it's faulty, I don't think you have an option to return it or cancel the sale without consequences.0 -
