You didn't exactly give people much time to respond to your request for feedback.
You asked the question then purchased less than 10 hours later.
I guess you'll get what you get when it arrives.
well, I don't think it affects this post as I am still listening to people's constructive views.
I have also searched DFS/Sofology, guess what some people gave very positive reviews but some gave very negative. Unless spent huge on sofa, we probably couldn't avoid it. But more feedbacks the better.
I don't think just because it was made in China, the quality becomes a concern. It would happen else where. The post is mainly for people who got experience with Denelli and willing to share their experience.
That's great, and other people may benefit from this thread, but how is any feedback going to be of any help to you now?  What will you do if half a dozen people pop up today with terrible reviews?

I can fully understand your view. I like this thread to help more people as well. I feel the conversation has directed to why i bought the sofa before listening to more reviews.........I would appreciated people to focus on the original purpose, thanks.
BTW, i can always refund within 14 days, however, again, this is not the intention of this thread.
Are you sure?  I take it you bought in store rather than online?  Is their policy that you can cancel your order in the next 14 days without penalty?
this is very helpful advice, yes, you are right that i bought it in store. Does it mean i can not cancel it without penalty? The shop guy told me differently though.
You don't have automatic consumer rights to change your mind for an in-store purchase, no.  That's why I asked what their policy is. What does your paperwork say about it?

the sofa was not available in the showroom so we only can see it from website and also talked to the shop assistance to understand more details. He showed us something similar but not exactly same.

But those are for orders from the website.  You bought in store and I don't think you have the same rights.

You came here asking about the quality of their sofas and before getting any feedback, you've purchased one.  Not only that, you haven't actually even seen an example of the sofa you've bought!  And you wonder why people are puzzled?

To be honest, you should have walked away, awaited feedback and then if you were happy to proceed, ordered online where you would have got a cooling-off period.  It looks as if you're just going to have to hope that you're happy with it when it arrives because unless it's faulty, I don't think you have an option to return it or cancel the sale without consequences.

I might be too impulsed and the sofa indeed attracted me to be honest. At the moment, there is no reason to cancel it and if the product i will receive in faulty, i can always return it, correct?
I probably shall have await a bit longer before the impulse. It is indeed my potential mistake, future will prove it or not!

You have the right to a refund, repair or replacement if when it arrives or shortly afterwards, it's clear it's faulty.  If it develops a fault later, you also have rights.  You don't have a right to a change of mind or cooling off period for an in-store purchase unless their policy specifically says you do.

    Google consumer rights act 2015.

As long as the sofa is in good quality, I certainly do not want to change it.

To add some info for the op, it's the shop who decides if you get a repair, refund or replacement.
