I thought the rule for a roundabout was the first person to the roundabout has the right of way, not the driver on the fasest / biggest road.
The driver from the left arrived at the roundabout and at that time, the roundabout was clear

The only real knob there is the driver with the dash cam.
He/she approached at speed and drove straight over the roundabout.
The van driver could possibly have been more cautious and not pulled out but the dash cam driver was the real idiot. He/she should have slowed down and given way to a vehicle already on the roundabout.A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”

I quite agree. Straightforward highway code, if the roundabout is clear, enter it. How embarrassing for whoever posted it.0

Don't worry about it. Youtube is full of videos of "manic driving" taken by people who could clearly see a potential incident developing, and then drive full speed into it to make it happen. Good job the van didn't pull a U turn or drive over the top of the island like the dash cam user.
I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
