No, Fruitcake, I am not going to do any of that. I just want to see the back of this. Unlike you, I am not motivated by a visceral hatred of these agencies!0

Then why should anyone help you if you are not prepared to put a tiny little bit back to help make this place better for all of us?
Good luck, I'll leave you to it, and I see Fruitcake has withdrawn from this thread too.6 -
KeithP, Fruitcake's recommendations were not designed to help me at all. They were just designed to cause as much of a nuisance as possible. Read them if you don't believe me. I seriously think that writing to your MP over a parking charge is something that you only do if you are retired and living alone.0

Writing to your MP over something raised in the house of commons and called a fraud, parasite etc is exactly wht you should be doing.
It only takes about 3minutes as well.6 -

I told my brother to do the same a few months ago when he had a similar incident to you , incorrect vehicle identification by Smart Parking in a Scottish town that neither he nor his vehicle have ever been to since he bought the vehicle. He is retired but does not live alone either !!
Sir Greg Knight is one of many MP,s that did something about it with his 2019 Parking Bill which passed through both houses unopposed due to the sc@mmers underhand activities. Many MP,s were appalled that their letters to companies were being ignored and misleading statements given to victims
I think you need to wake up and smell the coffee , mainly because those of us with previous experience have given up free time and money to fight for justice and to use cheap put downs that show disrespect to all the activists wanting a better system shows you in a bad light
You don't have to be a loner or retired to campaign against injustice , a younger non retired chip shop proprietor tried to improve the system (Barry Beavis) , as does a certain Bargepole and Johnersh and Loadsofchildren who are definitely not retired and afaik not living alone either
Biting the hand that feeds you and asking for advice and then showing disrespect to those experienced members here that gave it free of charge is despicable !!
Change comes from the government , so as we await the BSI CoP via the Mhclg , remember that it's these complaints to MP,s that brought about the Parking CoP Bill 2019 !!!7
