URGENT HELP NEEDED

Booked package holiday through On The Beach and due to fly out on Monday. The hotel is closed per their website and OTB have not been in contact with me to change my hotel or even tell me that the one we booked is closed. Cant get in contact with them and we don't know what we should do.
