TWO Multiple PCN Court Hearings - Gladstones - Horizon

Yes, I didn't realise at the time that it would affect my credit paying through instalments. Gladstones have sent me their banking details, so I'm just going to make the full payment in one go.Coupon-mad said:NEVER NEVER pay a court judgment by instalments - wow - stop!

The instalments were set for the 1st of each month, but according to Gladstones' e-mail, if paid in full before 12th September then the Judgement shall be completely removed from my credit file. I'll make the payment today and request confirmation on Tuesday next week. I'll also take a screenshot of the bank transfer; I take it these need to be e-mailed to the Court Manager?
Yes you must pay off the full amount before the date specified on that Judgment.TolsBols said:I originally agreed with the Judge to pay in instalments of £100 p/month for 3 months, but I'm worried about my credit rating being affected so I'm just going to pay off the whole costs in one lump sum so that it can be scratched off the Register.
Get a receipt from the Claimant and prove to the court that the payment has been made in full before the deadline given on that Judgment.
Otherwise, it will remain on the register, but marked as 'satisfied', for six years.1 -
Theyre supposed to send that in to the court, but of course it does no harm for you to do so.4
