Has anyone had success with loans OVER 6 years old? Looking like I will have to go the FOS for most my companies.

I put in my complaint to wonga 2 weeks ago. I’ve not heard anything back at all. Their website says I will receive a response acknowledging my complaint within 5 days?

    Anyone else had this experience?

They have up to eight weeks to reply to your complaint

You must remember these payday loan companies are currently the subject of a massive re-claiming frenzy, an unprecedented amount of complaints are been received every day about unafordable lending.

Currently they are wading through these as quickly as they can, as said above, they have 8 weeks in which to provide you with a final answer, you may have to wait longer than that.

Currently, I'm a slave of payday loans. I'm still not sure when I will get through this but I hope soon. it's such a burden. Imagine paying your salary to these loans instead of enjoying it.

Wonga is virtually on the brink of insolvency at present.

It has just received another 10 million pound injection of cash from its backers.

This is mostly due to the massive reclaiming program currently underway.

    Hi,

Time to break the chain maybe ?

Get free from these loans, make a claim for unaffordable lending if you think you may fall into this category, full info here :

Yes that was the news earlier this month but today it seems to have progressed:

If they did collapse, how would it affect ongoing and future claimants?

The people with ongoing complaints would become potential creditors of Wonga.

If the complaints had been upheld, they would take there turn in line as the companies assets were sold and divided between the creditors.

Complaints that remained unheard would stay that way, with no further action taken.

Insolvency relives you of most financial obligations.
