'I had a request for payslips and bank statements from QQ. Told them I didn't have them, they replied saying without them they can't investigate fully but will still continue with my complaint. Still waiting! '
How long ago was it that they requested the info from you?0 -

I sent my initial complaint on September 19th, they asked for payslips on 29th September. No news from them since.0 -
I got the standard 'might take longer than 8 weeks' response from Wonga after 4 weeks, they made an offer after 7 weeks and paid out 3 days after I accepted0

I've been a regular lurker around MSE for a while now but I really wanted to say a huge thankyou to Woody and everyone who has shared information on this thread.
Without this I never would have known I could make a claim. I too was caught in the payday loan trap a few years ago and have really struggled to get myself put straight financially.
Yesterday I received £3k from Wonga which is fees and interest plus stat intererest on three loans and have just had an offer from PDUK of just over £6k. I am absolutely thrilled.
PDUK were extremely unhelpful to begin with and refused to send my information regarding the loans I had with them. I was about to refer them to the FOS as they had breached the 8 week deadline. Taking advice from this thread I mentioned the £550 fee charged by the FOS and they returned with all info and an offer the very next day.
Has anyone received a refund from PDUK? I'm just wondering how long they take to pay?
Hi, Have you had any news on your PDUK refund yet??? I had an email last Monday with them offering me a refund. I sent of the acceptance letter straight away. It didn't mention how long it would take. I emailed them on Thursday asking how long it would take and they said they hadn't received my acceptance yet. They asked for a PDF copy to be emailed to them. I did that straight away but have heard nothing since! Would be nice if they gave out a date of payment.
I also had a refund from Wonga which i am yet to receive. I am nearly a week over the 14 days payment now. I spoke to them Friday and they sad it would be processed today and would take 3 - 5 working days for me to receive it.0 -
Its 7 weeks this week that I first sent off my complaints, so fingers crossed I'll hear something soon.0

I had a request for bank statements from QQ as well, replied asking to investigate without them, in week 5 received final response, they didn't admit any wrongdoing, sent my complaint to FOS. Wonga and couple of others sent 'we still investigating' emails in week 4. It's a week 7, and I am also waiting for the news.
So far Safetynet credit and Myjar refunded all interest except first deposit/loan+8%, Swiftsterling offered as a goodwill gesture ~£1,300, I declined and asked for the refund on all loans, if they don't answer in a week will complain to Maltese OAFS.0 -

How long did SafetyNet Credit take to get back to you? I'm fully expecting Wonga/QQ to deny wrong doing - it seems like that's all they do!0 -
I sent an initial SOA request to Safetynet credit on 1st September and they sent me a lost of loans on the same day. Then I sent a complaint on the same day, their final response I received on 19th September and refund to my bank on 24th.0

That's very efficient! I sent my initial complaint on the 14th September, and had an initial response within the hour. I'm going into the 4th week on Thursday - hopefully they will get back to me soon!0 -
I think they were so efficient in my case because I had large outstanding balance. I saw few cases where SNC didn't offer anything and people had to send their complaint to FOS. Fingers crossed that you'll be lucky and get your refund.0
