I can't help with questions as this is all new to me! I'm not even sure if I'm eligible to claim but I am submitting complaints either way, lending stream I had 5 with, all at the same time 4 ended up with a DCA which left 4 separate defaults on my credit file and I only got them paid off two months ago! That was from 2012 so I'd be happy to get anything back! My lender I only had two with so it isn't worth while as I doubt id get anything back. Payday U.K. I had quite a few with takingnone after the other and wonga I rolled over a few, I wasn't even working at the time I was a single parent at university. Everybody seems to have done really well reclaiming :j

I have challenged Cheque Centre... and adjudicator ruled in my favour. Its gone to Ombudsman now since April! Still awaiting a final decision.
Any ideas how long the process is for Ombudsman dealing with PDLs at the mo?

Help please.....FOS have requested a copy of my credit report for a complaint escalated to them, does anyone have any ideas how I can get this???

Sign up to ClearScore for your Equifax Credit Report, Noddle for your CallCredit report or use the MSE Credit Club for the Experian Credit reports.


All are free. Sign up, send the FOS the reports.

I have clear score, can you print the reports then? Wasn't aware? Can you print reports for 2/3 months ago for example?

Of course you can.


Hop on your PC/Laptop, login to Clearscore, go to the report section and Print the pages of your reports via Ctrl+P. Manual I know, but it'll work.

Ahhh sorry forgot to reply to previous post, took approx 6 weeks for email confirmation cheque will be sent from my initial complaint, not yet received! And didn't go to FOS, took the money and ran��

Hi me again, FOS have requested reports for when my loans were opened in May, clearscore report is based on my current situation and not my situation in May, any ideas how I get the May report as they've asked??
