Ticket refund

Bought tickets for Barcelona game earlier this year from Viagogo for Hubby’s 60th birthday present. Received email to say I would receive refund of my £600 since game cancelled and Spain in lockdown. Received a second later email to say there had been changes to plans and game had now been postponed and they were waiting to see outcome later in year. Recently received third email to say game cancelled and refund offered and had to respond within 14 days or would receive voucher. Luckily I saw email on last day emailed back requesting refund. Viagigo saying they did not get
my email and only offering voucher to use in future which I cannot use because of now chronic terminal illness. I have screen shot of confirmed request which my son fortunately had good insight to do. Viagogo not offering refund. Can anyone advise how I take this forward. I have sent them screen shot and video of my response completed on last day within time frame. Thank you
