Advertising my property sale online

Options
I now have my property on the market with my local solicitor and with my local property centre.

What other ways can I advertise my property? I guess most of them might be online. Open to ideas and happy to pay a reasonable fee to get the extra promotion! I can print off the A4 schedules in colour but not sure there are many public places I can put them up just now! I apologise if I have missed an article. Thanks.

Advertise it on FB, FB marketplace, Gumtree etc or let your solicitor agents do their job.

How many potential buyers won't already be checking the ASPC site?

Who knows but surely any extra advertising I do can't be bad? I can try facebook, facebook marketplace and gumtree any other ideas? What about PrimeLocation, Rightmove, Zoopla, Houseweb, TheHouseShop and mumsnet how do they all work? Pretty sure the solicitor does not concern themselves with these avenues to be fair. Any others that are of use or other strategies? Theis flat would particularly suit students moving to the area to start their studies so I guess looking at Uni forums or noticeboards is an idea.

You will probably get banned from most forums for covert advertising.

Sneaky promotion and then posting up a second time to say who it would appeal to.

Damn autocorrect on this sodding phone! Should have said covert!

Surely anyone looking in Aberdeenshire will already be using ASPC, advertising on FB and Gumtree to me makes the buyer just look desperate.

Nice flat. Personally I was only using Rightmove to look as it was the most user friendly and most properties were on all the websites anyway. I ignored anything on Fb or gumtree tbh
