Plusnet installation and customer services issues

Trying to get Plusnet broadband installed and proving to be very frustrating. The sent me a text message to say they had cancelled the booked engineer and would be in touch shortly. Have heard nothing since. No response via their Twitter support and they are not accepting calls to their support line, due to very high demand! Any thoughts on how to contact them to find out what is going on? Really concerned I have signed up for something that they cannot deliver.

Is this a new provide or taking over a service you already have with someone else or are you moving to a new property , and are trying to sort service out in advance ?
Although, it’s less than ideal not being able to get in touch and ask PN what the problem is, the actual problem could be many different things,0
