LPG above ground bulk tank removal (Flogas)

Looking for advice on timing our notice to Flogas for removal of our above ground bulk LPG tank.  We're shifting to a gasification boiler system and will want the tank gone when construction begins in probably 2nd half September, but ideally not too far in advance of that.  We don't expect Flogas will be especially reliable or helpful in this process, so we're trying to guess when is the best timing for sending our break-up letter.  Any advice from people who've done this?  Is there a standard lead time, are they likely to just show up and take it without telling us when...?  Many thanks.
