I am finding it difficult to buy a comfortable face mask.

Most manufacturers seem to think everyone’s head and face are the same size - they are not.  You can’t try one and send it back if it doesn’t fit.

I don’t like masks that have elastic that goes around my ears - I find it very uncomfortable after prolonged use.  I also have to be careful the mask doesn’t irritate around my mouth as it can start a cold sore.

Has anyone found a source of good, well made, well fitting, comfortable, reusable face masks that come in different sizes and/or are adjustable please?
Just have a look on Etsy for UK based mask sellers, look around for sellers offering multiple sizes and different ways of attaching the mask, behind the head for example. You migt end up buying a few before you come across one that's fits or have a look on your local FB pages for local sellers, I'm sure they'll be plenty. I've came across one that fits me quite well that do a wide range of sizes but I wont mention them here. PM me if you want the details.

Mask extenders are so easy to make, even I who has two left hands knocked one up in 10 mins

I crochet mine, add two buttons for the loops to connect too and you are done
