HELP!! Virgin Media (VM)the absolute worst!!

Help!!
please can anyone help me with trying to get a straight answer or help from VM? I want to cancel and complain about a now 3 month delayed installation by them, as they have not sent out the promised dongle to get us by until install, and because of their total incompetence, my BT bill has gone from £26 a month to £49!! & as a carer, on £66 per week.....:-(   .
Short version, I care 24/7 for my partner that has very advanced alzheimers, so trying to spend time sorting out VM's non service, no returned phone calls, NO promised Free dongle or call back from any team, is beyond frustrating and is causing my partner distress, and is making me beyond mad.  As I type this, I have been transferred, yet again, to the 'Right Team' and have had no reply to the online chat for over an hour. I completed their complaint form, as soon as I hit send, it deleted all the info and reset a new form to fill in. I did use the service provided by MSE, sorry can't remember their name, and they were no good as VM sent me a message saying they don't reply to third party complaints. VM now have this message emblazoned across their web page. I today told them what I wanted to know the answers to, and what compensation they will offer to offset the cost to us, now we are paying double because they haven't done what they were supposed to do, I was told he would speak to a manager, then nothing and then I was informed I was being transferred to the 'Right Team'........
beyond worn out.
Thanks :-)

  • I also meant to ad, CISAS were no help either, because they won't look to help until 8 weeks have passed for VM to respond. So what does one do when VM deliberately don't respond, it means another 2 months of frustration and NO action? I wonder if I can't just look for a new supplier?

Could you say what the problem is and give dates , the above is just a rambling vent .
Confused do you still have a BT service ?
Other Providers do not use VM infrastructure but BT OpenReach .
