Just spoke to them and they advised changing channel on the router. Fingers crossed it works!

But that's not a Plusnet issue.  That's a wifi issue.  Which Plusnet have no control over and do not guarantee anyway.

Still not convinced it's a wifi issue as have had no improvements since doing the above. Neighbours are experiencing the same.

Well may I suggest you'd do better to run through this and then if none of these work, raise it as a fault:

For what its worth, my Internet's (with Plusnet) has been connected for the last 18 days and 15hrs.  It was connected for 180 days straight before this, but I'm not entirely sure why it restarted.

Thanks for this I'll take a look shortly. We've never really had any issues before after being with them for about 3-4 years but lately it hasn't been great. Most likely because I need it to work from home now!

Whats going into the router ?? check your router event log .
Stop connecting via wifi to rule that out .

Any idea how I would check the router event log? We are using the standard router Plusnet provide.

Well that's bad. Tossed mine in the bin as soon as they left.

Also do a test on a wired connection. it is the only way to rule out wifi.

And yes your idiot neighbours may well have all added more wifi interfereing with yours.

Try make sure everything is on 5G wifi as it is faster and travels less so is less prone to nonsence. Of course you need repeaters if you have a big old house. But then you should go to wired or sort or wired (plugs).
