Moving to a SIM only with Three
Options
Hi all,
Coming to the end of my contract but going to go SIM only for the first time. I’m hoping to switch to Three.
Do I order the plan and SIM from their website and then give them the PAC at a later date to move my number? Do I need to phone them?
If so, I’m a bit concerned as reading other posts on this forum they are currently difficult to contact.

Order your SIM from 3Get your PAC from your current providerFill in the on line form / go to your 3 account with the number & PAC detailsOnce you've got your PAC, all you need to do is fill out our Bring my number to Three Form or log into My3, and let us know all the useful information. This includes your existing Three number on your Three SIM, the number you're referring to with your previous provider and your PAC. Then, we'll take care of everything. No need to speak to a person.

Thanks for that info. I may well go with ID as I see that they now offer WiFi calling which is a must as I get no signal where I live!0

The issue is that all providers say that their coverage is ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ when you put our postcode into the checker. O2, EE and Three never provide a good enough signal for a phone call where we live!If so then why choose 3?As you are going SIM only why not choose a provider that does have good reception where you are?Prices SIM only monthly are comparable wiht lots of choices0 -
