I've used them before for a new EE contract with no problems. From what I can remember I received next day delivery with DPD.1

I'm just about to do a Vodafone upgrade through Carphone Warehouse (same company as mobiles.co.uk) because they are so cheap compared to Vodafone direct (even after speaking with disconnections).
