Afternoon allTorrential rain here on and off, so I am really pleased we came back home yesterday instead of staying another night! Didn't sleep brilliantly as it was really hot (both hot and rainy, not a very nice combination) so not much achieved yet today. I have however:Early morning dog walk, break in between rainPacked 3 ebay sales, and took them, along with a RM surveys parcel and an item bought online to be returned, to the Post Office. Drove rather than walked due to rain, but a kind person did pass me their parking ticket with time left on itWeeded carrots, beetroot and leeks (again, in between rain, which seems to have set in now), and I just saw some lightening, too.Cleaned up kitchenPut some washing in, but no chance of drying it outside today!Used up some panini rolls for lunch. I don't have a panini press, but the small George Foreman grill that I do have, works fine for this.I was hoping to do a bit more gardening but have been properly rained off for today! No watering needed thoughI have clothes etc to put away upstairs, and must figure out something for dinner. It will be something I already have, as I have no wish to go shopping in the rain!4

Afternoon all,
A good nights sleep and I feel more human again
Todays small things
* all meals from stores (still just shopping once a week)
* long walk with dh & ds2 (luckily the rain held off til we got home)
* a film with dh from our stash
That's it!
Take care all.Sticking with the "Small things" thread to keep up us on the straight and narrow.
