My internet service provider speed offer is 19mbs guaranteed 12 in which we get 15 this is fibre to the cabinet. Openreach has now provided fibre to the premises and bt has sent mail shot offering this. Unfortunately our provider has no plans to offer this and would charge us for early termination of contract which is over £100 , so we’re stuck with 15 approximately which when everyone is on line is pretty slow whilst 2 of my next door neighbours are getting 100mbs Eny advice to get round this issue our service provider is Plusnet ( subsidiary of bt !!!!!!!

No way around it, leave early , pay ETC, some providers will contribute towards paying the ETC from the old provider as an inducement to signing the new customer.

What are you doing with your internet that you consider it "slow" at 15Mbps?

OP,
If you move to BT, they will pay off up to £300 in early termination charges for your current provider.
