New iPhone contract on o2
Options
I currently have an iPhone 8 with 02. I am thinking of getting the new iPhone se (2020) as it suits my needs . I want to stay with o2 and want 5gb of data along with free calls and texts . My existing o2 contract expires on 10 August . I’d love to hear of any good deals , I rang o2 but as usual there is no deals for giving them your loyalty . Thank you

It may well be better to purchase the iPhone through the monthly payment scheme available on the Apple Website and then use a cheap SIM only deal. Eg Three are currently offering 8GB of data a month for £8.You could also trade your old iPhone 8 in and get money off the new handset reducing your monthly payments for the phone further.1

I wouldn't have thought the upgrade from an 8 to an SE was worth it as they are very similar.0

What's your current tariff for o2, out of interest? I only ask because for the iPhone SE (2020) they want £30.00 'upfront' and then it's £33.42/mo.* on a 24 month minimum term.
* £17.00/mo. for the airtime tariff and £16.42/mo. for the device plan-the airtime tariff is subject to RPI each year. It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0 -
I have a sim only in my iPhone 8... it’s £17.45 for 10gb and unlimited texts and calls0

Just get the iphone SE from a third party retailer such as Mobilephonesdirect for £24/month with 10Gb then ring up 02 and ask them to switch your old number over for you.
"Other retailers are available".1
